I was mindlessly scrolling through Facebook one day when I stumbled upon this article by Legal Nomads. Not only did the title catch my interest but the description for the blog post sounded really intriguing, so I clicked on it. Let me tell you, it’s an amazing read. As someone who also lives with chronic pain, I could really identify with pieces of this article, so much that I was moved to tears in a few places. Definitely, recommend that you take yourself time to read it. You can find the article here.
I finished reading #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso earlier this month. You can find my review of the book here. Spoiler: You should go pick it up. Let me know in the comments if you want me to post more book reviews here on the blog as well.
Earlier this month I bought an old/new Olympus PEN E-PL 7 Lite camera of a friend of mine. Well, that’s a little confusing, guess I should explain more clearly. She bought it brand new but never used it, so after a couple of months, she sold it to me. So it’s old but new, you know? Anyway, I’m loving playing around with it & learning how to use it. Previously I’ve only ever shot with Nikon cameras & I basically only know how they work, so it’s really weird trying to adjust to Olympus. My plan is to switch between my Nikon & the Olympus when I shoot for the blog, so I will still use both of them (
can’t abandon one of my babies!) but for different content.
