I’m finally starting to catch up on my to-do list! Just a warning but you will probably see more photo diaries than outfit posts since I’m trying to catch up while on the move. I decided to play a little with the editing for this post, instead of making all the photos look the same. What do you think? It was a little time consuming not going to lie, but I kinda like it.
If you’ve been anywhere near the internet – I hope since you’re reading this right now – the last year or so, you’ve probably heard of the Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer. Me & my friend Vendela were lucky enough that their concert in Sweden happened when we both had 3 days off from school. So naturally we booked in a 3-days-stay in Stockholm.
The first day – also known as the concert day – we were just typical tourists: wandering around the city & tried to not go all shopping crazy. Shoutout to Carlings who only played 5 Seconds of Summer music that day! Honestly, the concert was 10 times better than I thought it would be & as I said on Instagram, I lost both my hearing & my voice. Anyway, I’m not going to sit here & bore you the whole day. But feel free to fangirl with me in the comments!
The second day we visited Aquaria, which is a beautiful water museum, & Gröna Lund, which is a must-do if you’re in Stockholm longer than a day. As always when I’m at a new location or see animals, I go completely crazy with the camera. Everything at the museum was so… mesmerising/breathtaking/hypnotising! If you every visit Stockholm, try the shrimp sandwich at Aquaria. It’s so good! Despite my fear of rollercoasters, I did manage to go on 3 different rides without either panicking or fainting. Might sound silly but yes, I’m that scared! Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay at Gröna Lund ‘til it closed because in the morning we had to catch our train home.
& that was basically our whole trip. Have you been to a 5 Seconds of Summer concert, what did you think? What’s your favourite place or places to visit in Stockholm? Let me know in the comments down below.
